H.G. Robertson will provide, or its vendor will provide an e-mail confirming the ship date for the items you order. In stock items are generally shipped to you within 48 hours of receipt of your order. In most cases you will receive your order within 3 to 7 business days after H.G. Robertson processes the order. Oversized items or other items shipped by freight may take up to four to six weeks for delivery.
A "backorder" is an item which was temporarily out of stock when you ordered it, but which will be shipped to you on or before the ship date indicated in the confirming e-mail. If you wish to cancel your backorder or order something else, please call or e-mail H.G. Robertson at info@HGRobertson.com.

All orders must be paid for via credit card and will be billed upon submission of order.
Product Condition & Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card. We do not offer store credit and we do not mail refund checks. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, and in original condition. All returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return. We will gladly accept any returns within 21 days of purchase. Please be aware that there is a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise unless you were shipped the wrong item or the item has verifiable manufacturer defects. There are NO returns after 21 days.
