In addition, we sell silver polishing products and additional services including silver polishing, hand engraving, re-plating, silver-plating, and all types of silverware restoration, such as soldering, dent removal, handle repair, and garbage disposal damage repair.
Payment must be received at the time of checkout when placing an order via credit card. For online orders, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. All orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping and insurance fees are not refundable. Other shipping methods are available upon request. Additional insurance is available if desired. International shipping information is available upon request.
Returns will be accepted for 14 days from purchase date. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping and any credit card fees, will be made upon receipt of the merchandise provided that the item is in the same condition in which it was shipped. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In the case of items damaged in shipping, it is necessary for you, the buyer, to file a claim with the individual carrier. All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior notification will be refused. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
All merchandise (whether previously owned or new) is guaranteed to be in the condition described. All merchandise has been thoroughly inspected for product quality. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less handling charges, for those pieces returned within 14 days of purchase. If you choose to order via our web site or e-mail, the items may not still be available when we receive your order. If some or all of the items of your order have been sold prior to receipt of your payment or are otherwise unavailable for sale, we will promptly issue you a full refund for those pieces you have paid for that are not available. A refund is your sole remedy for non-fulfillment. All prices are subject to change with market conditions. If you pay by check or money order, we must receive your check or money order within 7 calendar days. We hold merchandise paid for by check until the payment clears our bank, usually 7 business days. Any payment by money order over $1,000 will be held for 10 business days to ensure availability of funds. There is a $25 fee for returned payments. H.G. Robertson Silver and Gifts guarantee means that if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of your purchase for credit or refund.
